In my senior year at The Ohio State University, my team and I developed a PR campaign for a local small business, The Cheesecake Girl. From a concept and through market research, we created a detailed plan to create a clear brand identity that highlights the company’s core values to improve and maintain customer relationships both in-person and through social media channels fueled by actionable strategies.
